Senior leadership, without the permanent cost
An engagement is company to company, contracted between two entities with no employment relationship created. You receive board-level capability for the share of time the work actually needs, with no permanent headcount, no KITAS sponsorship, no BPJS employer contributions and no Omnibus-Law severance to unwind when priorities change. At 30 to 60% less than a full-time executive, the model gives growing businesses in Bali access to the calibre of leadership that does not otherwise live on the island, invoiced cleanly in IDR, with one month's notice to scale the engagement up, down or out.
